I am a crisis negotiator and have been helping people work through complex problems for over 15 years. My critical thinking skills are highly sought after by leaders all around who want me on board to help themselves and/or their teams. Implicit bias is a very real thing and can affect how we interact with people in our lives. I've been training employees on this topic so they're aware of their own feelings, as well as making sure the team knows where these come from to help fight any negative trends that may arise due to them treating others differently because of personal beliefs or preferences without even realizing it.
